As a New York City Department of Buildings–registered Class 2 Special Inspection Agency, JKM Architecture provides inspections within its authorized categories for qualifying New York City projects.
We coordinate with owners, contractors, and design professionals to document field conditions, communicate findings clearly, and support required sign-offs. Our architectural and construction experience helps us understand where inspection requirements intersect with sequencing and site coordination.
Services are limited to the agency's current registration, qualified personnel, and applicable project scope.
